Flower Delivery Information
After your order has been processed, it will be delivered to the recipient’s delivery area you chose.
For our delivery service, kindly follow and fill out all fields on the form. This guarantees a swift and hassle delivery process.
Q. What happens if the recipient is not at home when the delivery is attempted?
ANS. We will call the recipient to inform them about the delivery and ask where or who to deliver the order to. You will get a notification as well on the delivery status. When we cannot reach the recipient, your order will be returned and we will inform you to know if another delivery will be attempted(at an extra fee).
For Office deliveries – We will leave it at the reception and get them to sign for it if the recipient is not in the office at the time of delivery. We will however call the recipient to confirm receipt of order.
Saturday and Sunday deliveries – All weekend deliveries should be ordered before 2pm on Friday to avoid any delays.
In the case when delivery is not made, you will be billed for retrial and in some cases you may need to pay for an upgrade for the flowers. This is especially the case for some very sensitive flowers.
Do read up on some Frequently Asked Delivery Questions below:
Q. Will my order be delivered today?
ANS. All orders taken by 3pm are delivered on the same day except where stated differently (For V. Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, delivery areas only)
All orders taken by 12noon are delivered same day (For Mainland and 1pm for Ajah delivery areas only).
All orders taken after these times will be treated as next day delivery except where specific delivery dates are stated.
Delivery starts at 10am from Monday to Friday.
Q. Why do I need to give recipients Telephone number?
ANS. To make the delivery process smooth we ask that the full address and correct telephone number of recipient be included in your order. If delivery is to an office address due to their own security rules most offices demand that we call the person or else, we will be delayed or turned back. If the delivery is to a residential address, we may need to call the client (only if it’s absolutely necessary) if we are having problems with finding the street/house number or we are told there is no one by that name that lives there. Even with google maps, not having the right address can cause delays and waste of time.
Q. Who do you hand over the flower or gift to when you deliver?
ANS. We try our best to deliver directly to the recipient. But in cases where the recipient is in a meeting, not in the office at the time, we will deliver to the colleague or receptionist ( most times we will also call to ask where or who we should deliver to). For residential deliveries, we call to ask where or who to deliver to. If we do not get through to the recipient on phone we will return the flower/gift to our office and contact you to come pick up.
What days do you deliver on? We deliver on all days of the week
Q. What if I need to change my order or inquire about its delivery?
ANS. Give us a call, we can help. We always know where your order is, and we will even send you a personal text message confirming its delivery! (Ensure you include the correct telephone number and email so we can reach you).
Once an order has gone out for delivery it cannot be changed.
During peak periods e.g. valentine’s day we do not guarantee that text messages will be sent on arrival, but you will get a confirmation later in the course of the day that delivery has been made.
Product Availability – If the product you need is unavailable, remember we can replace it with another product of either higher value or the same value.
